Op12 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms governing your use of the op12 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to updates from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the op12 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use op12's services.
Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. op12 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time with reasonable notice to users via the platform or registered email.
The op12 platform is available to users aged 18 and above only. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that online betting is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence.
Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Registration and account information
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account at op12. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice.
Op12 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals. This includes a valid government-issued ID and proof of residential address.
Password & account security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. op12 will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from the disclosure of your password to a third party. Please contact our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Account sharing, using another person's account, or attempting to access an account without authorisation is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Payment and Transaction Information
Currency and payment methods
All transactions on the op12 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Supported deposit methods include online banking transfers via FPX and local e-wallet options listed in your account's payment section.
Deposits and withdrawals
Deposits are typically credited to your account within the timeframe specified by your chosen payment method. Withdrawals require full account verification and compliance with any applicable minimum wagering conditions. op12 reserves the right to hold withdrawals pending security or compliance review.
Bonuses and rewards
All bonuses, rebates, and VIP rewards offered by op12 are subject to specific wagering requirements and eligibility conditions. op12 reserves the right to void any bonus or reward where there is evidence of misuse, fraud, or breach of terms. Full terms for each offer are provided at the time the offer is announced.
Platform Usage Rules and Limitation of Liability
Prohibited conduct
Users are prohibited from using the op12 platform for any unlawful activity, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, the use of bots or automated software for betting, manipulation of game outcomes, or any form of abuse that harms other users or the platform.
- Creating or using more than one account to obtain multiple benefits
- Using another person's credit card or bank account without their authorisation
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or manipulate the platform's systems
- Sharing or reselling account access to a third party
Limitation of op12's liability
Op12 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including lost wagers, service interruptions due to maintenance, or technical factors beyond our control. This platform is provided on an "as-is" basis, and op12 makes no guarantees regarding the continuity, accuracy, or availability of services at any time.
Intellectual property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, and software on the op12 platform are the exclusive property of op12 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any part of the platform's content without prior written consent from op12.
Account Suspension and Closure Policy
Op12 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Violation of any part of these terms and conditions
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or abusive activity
- Failure to provide the requested verification documents within the stipulated timeframe
- Use of the platform by individuals under 18 years of age
- Account closure requested by the user
If an account is closed at the user's request, any valid remaining balance will be returned once all review processes are completed, subject to the relevant conditions. If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, op12 reserves the right to withhold or void any balance associated with the violating activity.
Third-party links
The op12 platform may contain references to third-party services. op12 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website or service. Users are advised to review the relevant third-party terms of service separately.
Changes to Terms and Governing Law
Terms updates
Op12 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via an on-platform notice or registered email no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms governing use of the op12 platform.
Governing law
These terms are governed and enforced in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If no resolution is reached, users agree to refer the matter to an appropriate dispute resolution forum.
